 According to rugbymag.com, the Mid-Atlantic RFU champion Dingoes will face Belmont Shore, the Southern California Rugby Football Union champs, in the first round of the U-19 Boys Nationals on Friday, May 21st. Belmont Shore, who hail from Long Beach, California, defeated the L.A. Cougars this past Saturday to take the SCRFU title. The weather was hot, but the rugby was hotter Sunday, May 2nd, as the D.R.F.C. hosted the EPRU U-19 Boys Club semifinals and final. And when it was all over, it was Downingtown that walked off the field victorious, having defeated Upper Dauphin and the Northeast Raiders to take the EPRU Club title for the first time in Club history!

 The U19 Dingoes will face the Upper Dauphin County Barbarians today in the first ever Pennsylvania State Championship game. The game will be held at Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. Kick off is scheduled for 1:00.
The Dingoes received a bye from yesterday's semi-finals when their opponent from Pittsburgh forfeited in advance due to the absence of a number of senior players. The Barbarians defeated Valley Forge in their semi-final match yesterday to advance to the finals.

The Downingtown U-19 Boys defeated the Maryland Exiles 41-7 this past Saturday to win the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Football Union (MARFU) championship. The win means that the Dingoes (11-0) will be traveling to Sandy, Utah to compete in the National Championship tournament against 7 other U-19 Boys rugby teams from around the country.

 The U-19 Boys defeated Doylestown 52 to 5, yesterday to advance to the EPRU Semifinals, which will be held this Sunday at Hickory Park.

The U19 Boys squad opened the 2010 season with an impressive victory over Valley Forge. Despite a valiant effort that resulted in a duo of tries, the Valley Forge Squad could not match the level of intensity that the Dingoes brought to the field.
