The U19 Dingoes consist of players from Downingtown High School East and Downingtown High School West.

Since the team draws from more than a single school, they compete in the U19 (club) bracket of the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union (EPRU).

This year the U19 Boys will be fielding both a Division I and a Division II team.
